Happy Monday!

I have just two dates remaining for full sessions before my holiday delivery cut off. So if you are looking to have a full session done to make your holiday cards or to get prints made to use as gifts, let me know! There are also a few timeslots left for the Holiday mini sessions in November. Don’t delay, because they are booking up fast as well!

I wanted to announce the next mini-session theme: Dress Up Dreams!

Every little girl likes to dress up, and I have some beautiful fluffy pettiskirts they can wear. We can make beautiful portraits of your daughter spinning and twirling. The session isn’t limited to pettiskirts, either. All forms of dressup are welcome, so if there is a favorite princess dress, etc, they are welcome to wear their own outfits. This session isn’t limited to girls, either…. I welcome all superheros, knights in shining armor, etc.

The cost of this session is $100 (plus tax), and includes a 30 minute session of your children dressed up and 7-10 of the best images in a private online gallery. Pick your favorite pose and you will also receive 1 8×10, 2 5×7s, and a set of wallets.

Dress-Up Dreams will take place in the afternoon on Sunday, May 31st at the Hampton Historic House in Towson.

For those who have been asking, yes, there will be spring mini-sessions. I am still in talks with a few different venues. I will probably have a firm date/location later this week. I am very excited about these sessions! They will probably take place in the middle-end of April, to give the weather a chance to warm up for real (as opposed to what it’s been doing, warm-cold-warm-cold).

Jen Snyder Photography, LLC is looking for newborns (birth-2 weeks of age) to serve as models for portraits in the months of January and February.

Models receive a free session and a print credit as compensation. We will start the session to get the specific look I am going for, and with the remaining time we can work on any poses you would like.

I am now completely booked for October, but I have a few slots available in November. If you would like portraits for Christmas, my session deadline is November 30th.

What’s a portrait party, you ask? It’s like a tupperware party, but instead of learning about how a plastic container can change your life, we are taking portraits of your children.

The host of the party will get a free 8×10 and 20% of the group’s print order as a print credit. (i.e. if your guests order a total of $100 in prints, you get a $20 print credit to use on your party order)

Invite 8-12 of your friends with kids, sit back and have a good time while I photograph 20 minute mini sessions with each child.
