I had the pleasure of working with two very handsome boys yesterday!
Little brother was very curious about the world around him, and big brother was full of spirit. Everyone braved the heat to play in the grass and flowers for the morning.

Kandi LaMont: Adorable family. Great job on the pictures Jen!!
Lina: Oh, boys, i adore boys :) Great captures!
I love it when you can actually feel the love a family has for each other. The kids were both a lot of fun (and total sweethearts), and all four of them are so good looking! I had a great afternoon with them.

I think my favorite part of the afternoon was right when things were winding down. We were just about done and the kids were getting silly. I’d hold the camera up to take a photo and they’d throw themselves on the floor as if killed. There was a lot of giggling and a lot of dramatic falling. I’m so happy when kids can be themselves instead of stiffly posing with that fake school-portrait smile.
Zoe: Jen, you totally rocked this session! I love the real expression and great posing here! Beautiful family!
Amy: WOW Jen.. These are stunning.. You did a great job, the family is Beautiful and they all look so happy...

Kelly: I love the second one. What a great pose!
Giovanna: Gorgeous! You really captured their happiness!
I ventured back down to Fell’s Point for an urban family session. Fell’s is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shoot. There’s so many great colors and textures there!

Check out that adorable smile!

He was throwing rocks into the giant puddle, and decided to give mom a BIG hug. Awwww…..

He had so much spirit! Truly, a lot of fun.
Let’s see, we threw rocks into puddles, fed and then chased some ducks, jumped over a lot of stuff, inspected “traps” (cellar doors), spun in circles, swung around, jumped, and all around had a fantastic time. We ended the day in my favorite coffee shop. We had expected to shoot between rain drops but it held off the entire time!
Thank you so much for spending the morning with me! I had a great time!
Theresa McConnell: Oh gosh! These are great! I love his hair.
Kristy Lynn: Love these. Love the colors and the great comps! Very very nice!

Lina: Jen, you captured their relationship so nicely. Great images!
Ok, so it’s not Mother’s Day yet, but this past weekend I celebrated it early with some AWESOME moms who came to take part in the Mother’s Day mini sessions!
I’m just sharing two… I learned my lesson from sharing my favorites from Janie and Jack… let’s not overload!

This little cutie looks JUST like her mom! I did her Christmas photos when she was a tiny thing… I can’t believe how much she’s grown!

The last time I saw this handsome guy, he did not feel like smiling at me. Not today– he was full of smiles!

I just LOVE it when people are up for something non-traditional.
Ok, I am making myself stop here. If I let myself continue, I’ll be here all night!
Lina: Oh, wow.. This mom and son picture, WOW!! I hope they blow it up big BIG :)

A sweet moment with the Big Sister.

I love little toes… I swear they are my weakness.

I had SO MUCH fun this week at Janie and Jack in Towsontown Center. I met a lot of beautiful babies and their beautiful parents.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the space or time to share them ALL, but I will share my favorites. I’ll do a few each day, so I don’t totally overwhelm you with massive posts.

Mom and baby are BOTH gorgeous, aren’t they?

I’ve always wanted to photograph twins! Check out that sly smile!

These two sisters had so much love for each other.
